InFLOW OS

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 9, 2026  ·  Effective immediately

Overview

Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InFLOW OS, an AI-powered coaching and productivity platform operated by InFLOWential Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), available at app.inflowos.io and related services.

By accessing or using InFLOW OS — including by clicking "I Accept," using the platform, or being granted access through an InFLOWential Inc. program — you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Electronic acceptance

Your electronic acceptance of these Terms — whether by clicking a button, checking a box, or simply using the platform — constitutes your legally binding signature and agreement to these Terms.

Section 1

Access and eligibility

Invited access only

InFLOW OS is a closed platform. Access is granted exclusively to clients who have enrolled in an InFLOWential Inc. program or been explicitly invited. You may not share your account credentials or grant access to any third party.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding agreement to use InFLOW OS. By using the platform you represent that you meet these requirements.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

Section 2

Services and AI agents

What InFLOW OS provides

InFLOW OS gives you access to a suite of AI coaching agents ("the Pantheon"), session archiving, asset storage, and related productivity tools. The agents available to you depend on your enrolled program or access tier.

AI disclosure

By using InFLOW OS, you acknowledge that you are interacting with artificial intelligence systems — automated models, not human representatives. InFLOW OS agents are powered by large language models accessed via OpenRouter, an AI routing platform. The specific model varies by agent.

No guarantee of results

InFLOWential Inc. makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding specific results, outcomes, or success from using InFLOW OS. Coaching content, agent outputs, and program materials are provided for educational and informational purposes. Individual results vary and depend on numerous factors beyond our control. Testimonials or success stories are individual experiences and are not guarantees of your results.

Important limitation

Nothing produced by an InFLOW OS agent constitutes professional legal, financial, medical, psychological, or investment advice. InFLOWential Inc. is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, law firm, or licensed counseling practice. Always consult a qualified professional before acting on AI-generated content.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

Section 3

Credits and billing

Credit wallet

AI usage within InFLOW OS is metered through a credit wallet. Each account receives a $10.00 welcome credit upon onboarding. Additional credits may be purchased through Stripe Checkout. Credits are deducted based on AI model usage during your sessions.

No refunds on credits

Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Welcome credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Auto-recharge

If you enable auto-recharge, your payment method on file will be charged automatically when your balance falls below a threshold you set. You may disable auto-recharge at any time from your profile settings.

Payment disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at [email protected] within 60 days of the charge to request an adjustment or credit. You agree to contact InFLOWential Inc. before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.

Pricing changes

We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing or usage rates with at least 14 days' notice to active users. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

Section 4

Acceptable use

You agree not to use InFLOW OS to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on third-party rights.
  • Disparage, defame, harass, or make false statements about InFLOWential Inc., its team, or other platform users.
  • Submit confidential information belonging to third parties or information you do not have the right to share.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models, system prompts, or platform architecture.
  • Share your account access with others or resell access to InFLOW OS.
  • Use the platform to generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others.
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or our backend systems.
  • Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the platform without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards, without prior notice in cases of serious breach.

Section 5

Your content and intellectual property

Content you provide

You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit, or create through InFLOW OS — including documents, session inputs, and files imported from Google Drive. By submitting content, you grant InFLOWential Inc. a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store it solely to deliver the services you requested.

License for AI improvement

By submitting content to InFLOW OS, you grant InFLOWential Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, store, process, and analyze such content for the following purposes: (a) operating and improving the Services; (b) training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and enhancing AI models and agent systems used within InFLOW OS; (c) identifying content gaps and developing future program materials; and (d) generating aggregated, anonymized insights and analytics.

AI-generated outputs

Artifacts, summaries, frameworks, and other content generated by InFLOW OS agents in response to your prompts are provided for your personal and professional use. We do not claim ownership of outputs generated on your behalf. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute agent outputs as your own product without written permission.

InFLOW OS platform IP

All software, designs, agent architectures, system prompts, branding, methodologies, training materials, and platform infrastructure are the exclusive intellectual property of InFLOWential Inc. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform.

Section 6

Confidentiality

InFLOW OS may expose you to proprietary methodologies, agent frameworks, program curricula, and other materials belonging to InFLOWential Inc. ("Confidential Information"). You agree to:

  • Use Confidential Information solely for your personal use within the platform.
  • Not share, reproduce, distribute, or disclose Confidential Information to any third party without prior written permission.
  • Protect Confidential Information with at least the same care you use to protect your own confidential business information.

If you are required by law or court order to disclose Confidential Information, you agree to notify us promptly so we may seek appropriate relief. These confidentiality obligations survive termination of your access.

We treat your session content and personal data as confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Section 7

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to InFLOW OS at any time if you breach these Terms, your program enrollment ends, your access period expires, or we discontinue the platform.

You may stop using InFLOW OS at any time. To request account deletion and removal of your data, contact us at [email protected].

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Unused credits are non-refundable unless required by law. Sections 5 (IP), 6 (Confidentiality), 8 (Disclaimers), 9 (Liability), 10 (Indemnification), 11 (Disputes), and 13 (General Provisions) survive termination.

Section 8

Disclaimers

InFLOW OS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or current.

The platform may contain links to third-party services (including OpenRouter, Stripe, and Google). InFLOWential Inc. does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Section 9

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InFLOWential Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of InFLOW OS — including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim; or (b) $100.00 USD.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Section 10

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InFLOWential Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of InFLOW OS or its AI agents.
  • Content you submit, upload, or transmit through the platform.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
Section 11

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of InFLOW OS shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English, with proceedings held in Texas.

Class action waiver: You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against InFLOWential Inc.

Attorneys' fees: In any arbitration or proceeding arising from these Terms, the prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs from the non-prevailing party.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

Section 12

InFLOWential Inc. respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. If you believe content on InFLOW OS infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location on the platform.
  • Your contact information (address, phone, and email).
  • A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of repeat copyright infringers.

Section 13

General provisions

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and InFLOWential Inc. regarding InFLOW OS and supersede all prior communications or agreements on this subject.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. Any waiver must be in writing.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder without our prior written consent. InFLOWential Inc. may assign these Terms without restriction.

Force majeure

InFLOWential Inc. is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, natural disaster, internet outages, government action, or labor disputes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of InFLOW OS after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account deletion.
